Hassle-Free Refund Policy

Have a change of heart and no longer want your Sardine Marine products.  We are here to help with   a 30-day “Buyer’s Remorse” return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This return policy works for unused product in original packaging.  If you believe your product is defective, please file a warranty claim at support@sardinemarine.com.  Remember, many of our products have lifetime warranties and we are here to make sure your happy with your purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sardinemarine.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please insure you request a return before sending anything back. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns without a Sardine Marine generated RMA number.


Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase from Sardine Marine. We look forward to helping you at support@sardinemarine.com.

 


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind, your bank can sometimes take a few days to post the refund.
